The man named Harry Waite – could he possibly have been Larry Waite? There was a Lawrence Waite, born 1878, who was Manager of the Loftus coop in 1939 (see 1939 Register). He married Albina Pilcher in 1914 and has a daughter Joan. I would suggest a date of “late 30’s” on this photo.
