Norman Lantsbery with Hilda Barwick in an official capacity, with on the right Bill Herlingshaw and his sister Ivy. Ray Tough and Ken Herlingshaw told us: “Norman with his Mayoress, Hilda Barwick and it looks like Bill Herlingshaw. I don’t know the two stood at the back.” Whilst Debbie Renwick told us: “I can confirm that the lady with Bill Herlingshaw (my grandfather)is Ivy his sister, she was the Mayoress when Bill was made Mayor as Doris had died at that time.”. But where, when and can anybody assist in identifying the two gentlemen in the background?
