Fate\/Status: On the 19\/02\/1905 the SS Sylviana was captured by the Japanese cruiser Nikko Maru in the Korean Strait on passage from Cardiff to Vladivostok with coal, she was taken as a war prize and claimed by the Japanese Government, Navy department. In 1907 there was a transfer of ownership to N. Hiroumi, Mitsnosho.<\/strong>
On the 8th November 1907 she sailed from Hakodate for San Francisco, and was never seen again, posted missing.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
