At the opening Donald commented about the criticism often generated against the younger generation &#8220;I wish I was young enough to wear jeans; in my young days it was oxford bags.&#8221;  James Wilks assists with: &#8220;<\/strong>Donald Peers (10 July 1908 \u2013 9 August 1973) was a popular Welsh singer.
