The Blacksmith is now known to be&nbsp;Mr Severs.&nbsp; Carole Ann Leslie tells us: \u201dThat photograph was not taken in the year 2000, as Mr Herbert Severs had died 20 years or more before that. The horse looks very much like Dolly, my Father and uncle Robert\u2019s working, or cart horse as they were called. Their farm; Home Farm was just down the hill in Roxby. It will be around 1946 I would think\u201d. Oliver Richardson has told us: \u201d I am not sure why the year 2000 was attached to it.
