I don\u2019t know the two stood at the back.&#8221; Whilst Debbie Renwick told us: &#8220;I can confirm that the lady with Bill Herlingshaw (my grandfather)is Ivy his sister, she was the Mayoress when Bill was made Mayor as Doris had died at that time.&#8221;.
