Ray Tough tells us: \u201d Vince Teasdale is on the photograph, so it was during his term as Mayor of Langbaurgh Borough Council and to Vince\u2019s left is Mr Abigail, the Chief Executive of Langbaurgh. The person on the far left could be Stan Barton from Brotton but I\u2019m not too sure, and the person on his right could be Sam \u201cPaddy\u201d Tombe.\u201d\u00a0David Walsh advises: \u201dNot sure that it\u2019s Stan Barton but the person next to him is Sammy Tombe who died some years back.
